Never Say Impossible Radio Interviews Gary Smith
How many times have you said to yourself, ” if I only knew then what I know now?”
The magic of business knowledge and understanding can save you time, money, and needless stress as well as disappointment. We all know that it takes years to acquire a vast amount of information, especially in the business arena. It is particularly true because the way we conduct business and the way the world interacts with business is constantly evolving as more and better technologies become available.
Why do we send our children to school? So that they will have the information and training they need to go into the business world and decide what they want to do with their lives? The same thing is true when you begin to develop a business as an entrepreneur or as you begin to develop a corporation. Let us talk about social media. Ten or 12 years ago no one was really using it to promote their businesses. But, as time progressed and it grew more popular many business owners found themselves falling behind the eight ball because they truly did not understand what they needed to do to catch up and have an online presence. How much further ahead would their business be, if they had jumped on the bandwagon early on and took advantage of the millions of people social media reaches every second of every day.
So what am I talking about? I am talking about learning from a coach who knows what you have yet to learn and implement into your business to help you grow. If you try to do it yourself, you will grow slowly. If you take advantage of someone else’s expertise and knowledge, chances are you will grow at triple digits in the same amount of time. But many of us lagged behind and remained ” penny wise and pound foolish “. Okay we have decided that a coach is the best way to go when you want to make progress quickly. However, choosing the right coach can be a daunting task. There are lots of questions you need to ask yourself and ask your potential coach. For example, are you the type of person who needs hands on one-on-one coaching, or is group coaching better for you with the input of the leader as well as your fellow students? Do you need eye to eye contact, or is working on the phone a better option for you? We are going to be talking about some of those issues today with a very interesting guest.
I interview many coaches on Never Say Impossible Radio because I know their value and how important they are in helping people make the progress they want to see in their business and save them from disastrous results by trying to do it alone. Today we are joined by a Master Business Coach named Gary Smith. He has over 30 years of experience as a very successful businessman with outstanding leadership skills. He is the founder and creator of Optimum Performance Technologies,LLC and the author of two new books.
